Summary: "what a stylish bag!"

I really like the bag -- but wish it had a longer strap to make it easier to carry when you've also got your purse, computer bag and other papers to carry.

Summary: "Cute Tote but not big enough & doesn't keep cold"

This is a very cute little lunch tote and it got a lot of comments at work, BUT it isn't big enough for a lunch that contains even one plastic container. If you like to include salad and dressing (even the spray-on kind) plus some veggies and a sandwich, this will NOT work. The neoprene does stretch a little, but has no insulating powers. There isn't room for any serious ice packs to keep things cool. Also, the fact that you need to hold it in your hand (no shoulder strap) makes it very inconvenient when you have lots of other stuff to bring to work. If all you need are things that don't need refrigeration, this is fine, but for those who need fresh foods and things that do need to be kept cool, stay away from this one! I was very disappointed and will give it to charity.

Summary: "Cute, stylish lunch tote."

I use this tote primarily for holding an ice pack and a Thermos of water that I like to keep cold while at work throughout the day. This does the job well, but no better than a cheap lunch bag. Then again, those bags won't look as good as this one! If you are OK with paying a premium for the style of this bag, then go for it. I've received numerous compliments while carrying the bag.
My one problem with this bag is that the fabric attached to the zipper ripped off shortly after I purchased it, so it makes zipping a bit more difficult now.
One other note about this bag - before I purchased, I thought, based on the pictures, that the handle openings were too small to fit my hand all the way through, and that I would just have to grip the handles with my fingers. Not very convenient when I'm walking to work with my arms loaded with various items, and I need to keep my hands as free as possible. However, I was happy to find that I was able to fit my hand through and hang the bag on my arm, making my walk to work less cumbersome.
Finally, a general note about all of the Built bags. They vary in size quite a bit, so be sure to check the measurements of each bag to ensure that you get the proper size for your needs.

I have purchased these for 2 friends and my sister-in-law and they all use them daily and just love them! Perfect for luches, keep things cool, and look good at the same time! Perfect birthday or Christmas gift for the hard-to-buy-for style girl!!

The most fun lunch bag, which holds so much and forms a good closure to keep things cold with the zipper. It is made from the material of wet suits and is verrrry sturdy. I love the design - doesn't seem like a lunch bag, but a chic carry all!
