Summary: "Top Quality, but"
A top quality hat it has an elastic head band in the rear that expands to any size head. Unfortunately, I am a fathead and the snug fit makes my forehead itch. I prefer the plastic hole and plug hat bands or next would be the velcro adjust straps in the rear. But it is a premium quality hat at a price above others elsewhere.

I was disappointed in this hat because it is too short on the sides. I'm not sure if this is just a basic defect or if this is how this style of hat comes these days. I have several hats and none of them are this short above my ears. Other than that, the hat is of good quality and looks good.
